Hi every users!!!

It's been long time
I'm starting make Cheby blazer with custom frame.

my new rig's spec is

ESC : Hobbywing 60a water proof brushed esc
with Castle bec.
Motor : Rc4wd 35T with Hpi Wheely king reduction.
Servo : Goteck HC1627S
Axle : Rc4wd D44
Wheel : Rc4wd Mickey thompson classic 1.9
Tire : Rc4wd Gradiator 1.9
Suspension : G-made G-trasition 90 for front, 80 for rear
Frame : CSR custom frame for Rc4wd K5 Blazer body.
(CSR is small custom Rc company of my friend )


I will made front bumper like this rig.


and paint job is following this blazer.



Ok, it's first look of my rig.


D44 axle has a wide steering angle but tire is interfere with
shock and lower rod. I think use 7~10mm thick wheel adapter
can make reduce interfere.

this frame is fit with Yota2, for that reason has a little problem use D44 axle.
D44's suspension mount is fit with SCX10 so friend and I was
make new suspension mount.






original Wheely king reduction has a 3mm output shaft because of that
can't use normal universal shaft. so change shaft to 5mm.





Body mount is simple, use neodium magnet. It's strong enough to rough
riding.


black marker line is a rough sketch of fender line.

first of body work is fender trimming
because when use O.D. over 110mm tire
there is too many interfere


and I order custom front bumper and rock slider to CSR
It looks great!!! "thumbsup"

Ok! now starting panit job.

small exterior part masking is first job.




My plan was just Tan and black paint job. but then it looks
too boring, so add some digital camo.


It's stupid way of digital camo lol but I had no better
idea for these work.




first layer is done. some deep gray is second layer.



at that time, my patient was empty.... maskins was'nt straight... lol


second is done. now painting Tan.


painting black for roof and rear top.




ok! finally done all job.



oh little gold marker for cheby emblem ;-)

ok recent works of my blazer.
I odered rear tube bumper to CSR and take a picture
of his working

first cut out under the rear fender about 1Cm for
more angle of approach.



matching with front bumper, I decide rear bumper's design


show this photo to my friend, after some discussion
he start work

Very nice! I love the paint the most. That digital mask must have hurt your hands. Haha Awesome job on the whole project.
