Glitchy Savox Servo

I put in the electronics on my kit today and put in a brand new Savox sw-0231MG for the steering. I also put a CC BEC. When i turn on the transmitter I get all glitch. Is it a bad servo? I tried two different transmitters and two different receivers and get the same. Anyone know? I would appreciate any help

Power the tx first.

Pretty sure there notoriously glitchy that's why some places sell them with a glitch buster

My savox servos only glitch like that when they get water inside them. (None of mine are waterproof.) Something is most likely wrong with that servo. Try plugging in a different servo to see if the problem goes away.

It glitches like that if I turn on the Tx first also.
I plugged in another servo into my second steering channel on the Rx and it is fine and the Savox is glitching away, so I guess I'm sending it back.
