Sweet vid. So what do you think is the skill level of the build of the scx10. I haven't built from parts an rc since hpi came out with there first belt driven on road car. And before that was a Parma pan car. I have most of the tools still, I'm jus curious how hard it's gonna be. I was gonna get a mrc for my first crawler but I'm gonna go with the scx10, I think. Thanks...

Skill level, I would say maybe a 2 out of 5. Axial's instructions are great, and the bags are organized per step rather than per part type. If you have ever built an RC kit I can't imagine that it was easier than this. The only thing easier is probably a Snap-Tite kit

The Axial SCX-10 is my most favorite RC kit I have ever owned. Extremely easy to assemble, however it is time consuming. The build took me about 3.5 hours and this is the third one I have done. These things perform great, look great, and are a blast to drive.

"what the funk kind-a music was that"

seems like ive seen U something like that before !!
like at the comp crawling spot, just before the comp :lmao:

all-so, if u plan on me building a chassis 4U & doing another video on it.
that music Won't do for a DEATH METAL GARAGE CHASSIS.

ill pick the music 4U on next video :flipoff:

Camera System

The point of what I want to accomplish with this rig is to take realistic scale on-board video. I plan on installing a full dash and whatever else may be in the camera's view. The outward appearance will get lots of attention as well but I may not be as picky as I normally would be.

The camera won't just be mounted in the rig however. It will be mounted on a base that is attached to a Futaba servo. Using the the Futaba 4PK I will be able to control the camera independantly or mix it with the steering. I will post a video of how the radio will function as well :)

Sounds like in interesting idea, and looking forward to the coming video. "thumbsup" I think a King of the Hammers in-cab video is in order once running.
