Hi, welcome to RCC!
You're in the right place for help.
Personally, I'm not very familiar with MOA (motor on axle) or HSP.

Do you know if it's the 1:10 or 1:8 version?
That will dictate electronics.
How much money do you want to spend to get it ready to run?
Keep in mind, you get what you pay for in this hobby.

The HSP looks lime the RedCat RS10.
If you don't get answers here, run a search for HSP and browse the RedCat section.

This thread here has some good advice

But.... If you need to completely change almost every aspect of a RC just to make it usable, it's sometimes always cheaper and much easier to spend the same money (which will probably be less come the end) spend the money on a name brand crawler/scaler.

There are true blue REDCAT fans out there that have changed every last piece of their rigs and love them. But there are also people who have spent 1/2 as much for a RTR Axial SCX10 and are equally as happy.

Ask lots of questions, you'll find your way eventually"thumbsup"
