Help! Just tapped a keg...

It's been too long! How long does it take/or is there any trick to getting the foam to settle? Haloween party tonight, figured the beer drinkin' rc crawlers can give me some advice:shock:

Either start pouring cups of foam, or it'll take a couple hours.

Take all the pressure out of the keg if your tap has a pressure release button.

It takes 2-3 hours for things to settle. Only other option is to pour a bunch of cups of foam. The beer may be a little flat by the end of the keg. But by then it doesn't really matter much.;-) Have fun.

This would make the most sense to me. Thats what I do whenever my homebrew foams up, Bottoms up! It keeps it from going flat as much too.

Man, I wish I remembered you were a homebrewer. I've thought about getting into it myself, but my father-in-law does some damn good brews. I should have given you a bottle at Moab.

Turned out pretty well, dumped 2-3 pitchers of foam and, well, the rest is what lengends are made of :twisted: . Needless to say the crawler is the last thing on my mind !69! Nice to know there are some beer drinkin' folk that are willing to help a bra out.
