Help Stripped allen screws DL

Alright Guys on my DL the allen grub screws @ axle side are frozen in place I'm sure lock-tihgt is on the allen screw. The rear DL yoke slide foward and back. I can't tighten it or loosen it. How can I remve stripped allen ( hex of allen)from the YOKE.........:x the front allen screws are just as tight But the Yoke dosn't slide but If/ when in need to remove front DL from axle I'm sure it will strip the allen hex also. thanks guys

Heat the screw up with your soldering iron...that will melt the loctite. If the head is stripped, you can cut a slot in it with a flat dremmel blade and remove it with a flat head screwdriver.

BINGO that was my problem it seemed that the factory used a permanant loctite except it was white not red?, not temp and the set screws were stuck. I used the heat and slot method by my tranny side but i just chopped it of on the axle side and got new yokes since there wasn't anything the dremel could hurt on that side. If it is the factories fault rich may replace the yokes like he did mine

you could also try soaking them in nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol to loosen up the lock tight

Take a drill bit slightly smaller than the screw and carefully drill it out. It will almost fall out. You will still need heat to release it if it is still factory thread lock in it though. The assembly line wasn't all the clean when they assembled them and some of it will have slipped between the output shaft and the the yoke.
