Hi, I want to show you my Superclass project

-Tires cut n shut Rover, Boss Claws and Chaos

My Bully XLD Comp axes in the next week.
Chassis plates I have cut from 3.5 mm carbon.
The design is by Dr. Frank and I have changed only a few holes.

The Skitplate is from a 8mm POM Plate and I have milling a 5mm deep pocket for electronics.

But I still have a different chassis concept started without body which I show later.

This is my chassis I want to do for my super class

It is hand laminated carbon.
I already have a prototype made out of wax film.
Which is only available for viewing and anzupassen.Er the proportions is very unstable.
It look like this. But that's a lot of work.
I must make a laminating tool where I can laminate the carbon side panels bent Sun
Can then milled by hand or CNC.

My Super Class is ready for the Super Crawl.
the wooden wheels are gone.


RC4WD just can not deliver the light 65:1 Gears and I must take the normal ones.
The HV300 servos cause problems with the gears and subsequently exchanged for HS 7980th
If the servo and 65.1 Gear are there, I build the servo between motor and axle.
the Big-Bossclaws 18.2 cm (7.2 ") in size and the form i I cut myself
with 12x Knuckles weights 3910g.

I swapped the axles. Now there are super bully."thumbsup"
The axes were processed
-Knucklesand C- hubs processing for maximum steering angle
-FrontAxle 18 ° clocking
-Steering rods 5mm titanium

I drive my "old" Superfly chassis.
With a short skid and extremely long rear Links à la SuperJucie, I had a bit more ground clearance behind the skid, but it is a 50/50 split preziser to drive.
The rear Links of Delrin were replaced with 5mm titanium.
Shocks Front Traxxas XL and rear XXL.

The wheels I have loaned me because mine are still not ready glued.
There are two sets of HPI Blast rim planned. Rover and Chaos.
