You can get the full scoop of everything you need, pictures included in my build thread - http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/axial-scx-10/345239-1tenners-honcho.html

Yes! 6mm aka 3/16th brake line and 8/32 all thread with revo rod ends. Thats what i use and a few others i comp an scale with. Around 20 bucks worth of parts

I've been using 5/16 delrin lowers and 1/4 uppers from Rcbros. A Lot of guys will say it flexes too much, but I find that it saves parts in a tumble.

yup yup had to go to ace hardware for the all thread, right down the block from there was an auto part store grabbed some brake line and right on the same street is a small hole in the wall hobby shop go figure the perfect 3 stores all within 5 min walking distance.

I went a little extreme on the making of my links using a lathe and solid 6061 aluminum with hardened threaded inserts, but my thread does offer good dimensions for anyone making custom links for a honcho! See link in sig. for dimensions needed for a perfect 4 link swap!

Thanks for that link, made things easy. I broke a lower link on my Wraith yesterday, local hobby store was out. For less than $20 I built all the lower links and have almost enough material left over to build the top! Figure I saved $80 or more building my own.

I went and bout all my shit today and still haven't got my honcho yet so waiting on ups I guess lol 20 bucks for traxxas rod ends , bought 13 1ft pieces of 8/32 threaded rod and free brake line thanks to my job lol, ur prolly thinking damn 13 ft of threaded rod, I plan on using it for other stuff on my truck as well, I will have to start a thread on my truck build but idk how to"thumbsup"
