Just got the rolling chassis done. 19.5" Wheelbase should make things interesting.

Component Breakdown:

RCP Crawlers/Carnage Crew Hustler Tube Chassis
Cromoly Upper and Lower links.
Machined aluminum bungs
Welded suspension stays
RC4WD Aluminum Rod Ends
Axial 8-Hole Beadlocks
Thundertech CVDs
GPM Steering Knuckles
Mamba Max ESC
Integy 5amp BEC
A123 Racing 3S1P 2300 9.9V Li-Ion Battery
Hi-Tec HSR-5995TG Steering servos
Spektrum Receiver
Traxxas Aluminum Shocks
RC Guy lockers
RC Guy 8t Pinions

I have no excuse to lose this weekend now....

Awesome rig. Is that an illusion? It's hard to tell with the shadow casted from the body. Either way 19.5" is breaking new ground ( i think)

Nice rig dude, 19.5 inch wheelbase is LONG let us know how that turns out...

how did you get a 9.9 volt lithium? if its a 3s1p its 11.1 volts...

Later,
Jake

The battery is one of the A123 Li-ion cells that RCPCrawlers sells. They have a different volt rating than conventional Lipoly cells and from testing seem to be the happy medium between Lipolies and NiHM's.

Because they aren't Lithium-Polymer they are Lithium-Ion.

Picture is photoshopped. Just took two shots on a tripod and superimposed the hustler.

My main concern with the wheelbase is of course turning radius. But I'm willing to be the lab rat.

Nice photoshop by the way! Ok so they must have a resisitor or something in there... thats really cool!

Later,
Jake
