hotmail hacked?

anyone else having problems?
some time in the last couple of days, everyone i know with hotmail accounts has had someone hacked in and send some weird almost unreadable forum code/link. all my hotmail accounts, audreys, and my sisters are all that i know of so far.
it sends it to 4-5 of you contacts at a time, until it goes threw the whole list.

audrey changed her password. but when i tried it said hotmail was having server problems and to try again later.

No problem with my account. Hotmail definitely has a lot of flaws to it though, so maybe it's just a glitch. If it weren't for the fact that I've had my hotmail account for over 12 years, I'd probably switch to gmail or other.

i have been using the same yahoo email account since 1998 without a hitch....had a hotmail but dumped it soon after i got it.........bob

I got a weird e-mail from a hotmail account to my Comcast e-mail yesterday. It was from someone I know but don't communicate with often. I could tell it was a hacked advertisement so I didn't open it.

No problem with mine. When you are able to change your password, use at least one non-alphanumeric character.

Couple people I know had the same problem. Accounts were hacked and info was used to send emails to everyone.
Some suckers will click anything.

Mine was hacked a couple years ago, since then I change passwords regularly and the problem went away.
