There are a few good writeups on this site about braizing cages. Its not very hard and you can do it for minimal money.

Brakeline has been the easiest, and cheapest for me to work with. You can get a mapp torch from your local hardware store to start with, and some braizing rod from a welding shop. Just look around, your answer is easily found.
