I have a parcel on it way from the US.
It's been shown as on it's way to sorting facility from the 1st of May.
On the USPS website one can only enter detail if you are in the US to e-mail them.
Asks for State and Zip code. Only other way is by phone!

Any advice?

I've mailed stuff out USPS overseas and it takes it a while to update. It took about 10 days to update showing it was at customs sorting facility. By the time it reached the buyer it was almost 3 weeks. This was going to Indonesia...

i have a hard time getting any decent service with them when i'm actually AT a usps office, i cant imagine being in another country... :x

I'd like to know how to contact them from the US....
So ours is not much different than yours.

Recently a parcel landed from Vanquish.
Did not even go through customs.
The next day it was sent to the UK.
Arrived back 10 days later.
Total traveling time, one month.
Over December one of my parcels was "parked" for three weeks by USPS.
But at least that parcel was at some office.
My mentioned parcel is in transit for 9 days. So it's in between two places that should take max three days.
I'm a bit worried here.

I have learned over the years that the USPS "tracking" service isnt so much a tracking service and more of a "now that your package has arrived, you can see the path it took" service.

Same here."thumbsup"
Our overnight Speed Service takes two days. And you pay for it.

Tracking only works if someone actually scans it and the system updates the status. I've had stuff "in transit" for nearly a week, then a couple hours later its gone through 3 different post offices in two different states and is its way to my house.

I have had stuff show up and the tracking said it was far away. Checked 3 or 4 days later just for kicks and it was still sitting there after I have used the part.:ror:

Call and bitch at Lockheed Martin, they are the ones that designed their tracking system. The USPS should have had UPS provide them a tracking system.

UPS isn't so great, my mother in law paid out the butt for 2 day service. I sent a package the same day to Cali from Ky and it made it there in 2 days. She paid almost 40 for guaranteed delivery in 2 days and it got here 9 days later from ups. UPS still can't beat USPS prices probally the reason USPS are going under. My buddy and neighbor is a post master UPS does 2 drops a day here at the rural po dunk Post office and they do the final delivery for ups at 40 cents a package.

wow am i the only one who doesn't have troubles with the good ol USPS ??:lmao: .........bob

....

same here I take all my packages to the PO after I do online shipping and never once have I had a problem, even when I receive something Its in a timely fashion.

even with 3-6 day first class shipping has always arrived within 3 days.

I get a LOT of stuff USPS and I don't have trouble. Get a lot of stuff from UPS also.

Parcel still missing/stationary.
Three other parcels ordered after this one from two different supliers arrived.
Two sent via USPS and one via Canadian post.
