how do you cut/modify lexan bodies

Buy 2 bodies and assume one will be the learning one and one will be the final.

Lexan scissors with the curved blades help on all but straight cuts. A sharp exacto blade score & fold for the straights.

Dremel sanding drum is nice for smoothing sharp edges & slight material removal.
Find a speed that takes some off without melting it (or just use sandpaper.)

Find as many threads & pics of what you are trying to do on here.

Search, sift, and read a lot.

Start cutting and learning and you will get there.
