How I painted my Body

I definitely recommend an airbrush. You can adjust the amount of paint and air you use to gain the look you want. I always, from my nitro days, back it with an aerosal can of Black, Silver or White to protect the main coat. I have used the water base backer but it never seemed to stand up to the abuse. Maybe that was just a nitro issue.

The nitro stuff just wrecks the paint. I race Nitro on and off road. I always back up with a basic spray can of color. It helps a little.

where did you find the liquid mask? local HS? What is the brand that you used?

You should be able to find it there, if not you'll find it on Towerhobbies.com.

You may allready know this, but for those that don't.

If you want to practice techniques use an empty 2 liter bottle. Basically the same thing as the lexan bodies just inexpensive.

did you use an air brush or spray can?

Spray Can. My Air Comp. just went out. I need to buy a new one soon.:x
