Htc evo 4g help

Whatcha need to know. I trade info for pics, just so ya know! LOL!:lmao:

HAHAHAHA Are you talking about my girls page?
Funny I was surprised no one asked me about it so I just got busy forgot...
No ones really looking at I guess, I'll try to update it though."thumbsup"

Anyways first simple question i need to know does screen work with a regular eraser end of pencil thats what i mainly need to know.
It has to be an actual pencil eraser, can u try?

next battery's. How do you change? I cant plug in cord so i need to externally charge batts then put them back in.

So is process easy/hard?

I would have backing of phone velcroed to chair then pop phone off and flipover and remove.

Ohh yeah does it have little place in corner for a rope/tether/locking chain so I can hook up safety drop cord?

PICS DUE IF U ANSWER ALL8)

the screen does not work with an eraser. Needs an actual warm finger. I just tried it and it does not work

the battery is a PITA to remove. It involves removing the entire back of the phone. There is no easy way to do it.

there is no lanyard hoop on the phone.

Hope this helps.

And YES I was talking about THOSE pics. LOL!!

AWW CRAP MAN YOUR KILLIN ME..........

All answers I didn't wanna hear. Shoot

Why do they make screens like that? Pisses me off cause its gotta be cheaper to setup other ones that will take anything..

Damn dude that sucks/all bad news
shoot

How do you like phone over all. what did you come from-phone wise!
Have you setup wifi-mifi yet to run other goodies?

Sorry for the bad new. The phone is awesome though. It will do a lot of things. I still have my Verizon Droid phone but was trying out Sprint for a while. Ill probably cancel my contract with them since coverage at my house is 0! Otherwise, id definitely keep em.

Ty for the pics! LOL!!

I'm not sure how many touch screen devices will work with an eraser and will be easy to remove the battery. You could get a cradle to charge phones in or that wireless charge mat thingy,

Its cool

Thanks for info....
Wait so are you saying your gonna get rid of sprint and evo?
SELL?

I guess I can try a Evo thru sprint for 30 days after paying 199.99 after 100.00 rebate, thats what they said.

Yup, I'm still within my 30 days. So I can return it and cancel the service with no strings attached.

The area I live in has great Verizon and ATT service, but the Sprint service is VERY poor.
I am ditching my home phone and internet and just tethering with my phone now. Sprint had the best rates available so I decided to try them. Too bad the coverage sucks in my town.

I have my evo hacked to force roam on Verizons network. Where I live Sprint does not even have 3g coverage.

Im pretty sure evo would be best choice for me unless i get an iphone right?

I heard you can use that phone on sprint?
does it have wifi/mifi like evo?

come awn techy nerds help!

wanna get my ipad hooked up.

hey does anyone use control4?

This may help on the battery paty of things...
http://www.powermat.com/

I read this had a Lanyard Loop.
http://www.amazon.com/Seidio-Innocase-Rugged-Holster-Combo/dp/B003SNIRCO/ref=pd_rhf_p_t_3

or you can use this... You would need a Hard case to loop it into.

I thought powermat would help to but to use my phone needs to be unhooked to remove from cord/can't do. plus cant use phone when its on mat???????

No matter what I lose

Being that I use an eraser for typing, apple and evo decide they need to use the electric touch screens which don't work for me unless i use stylus...
IMPOSSIBLE
SUXS

If i cant change battery im pretty much screwed too.
But evo does have external batt charger available with extra batts on egay.
Might have to try my free 30 days sprint trial????????????

Question no one answered yet, can i use iphone thru sprint?
and does iphone have mifi/wifi like evo?

I believe if you have a jail broke Iphone you can use it with any company... But I'm not 100% sure on that.
