Quarry Creeper
Hello All,
I have a Hyperion ESO606i charger that I am getting a "Balancer Voltage is too High" error on when I try to charge any of my (5) 2200mah 3s LiPo Batteries.
Voltage shows the following
- Cell 1 3.73
- Cell 2 4.92
- Cell 3 3.73
Troubleshooting steps
- (3) of the LiPo batteries are at least 5 years old and have been sitting for a while so I figure I would buy a couple new ones to see if it was actually the batteries. Same error and same voltages on the read out without reason. Cell 2 voltage fluctuates a couple tenths of a volt but is alway right around 4.8 or 4.9 Volts.
- (3) Different balancing adapters have been tested, all with the same result.
At this point it sounds like a charger issue, I checked the website and it doesn't look like there are any firmware updates available for this charger.
Before I buy a new charger to see if that is actually the issue does anyone have any other ideas on things to try?
Thanks in advance
