i started my build tonight.
i lost one of the pieces to my shock.
it was the little round black plastic piece with two holes in it that the shock shaft goes through.
what do i do now?
thx Dirby

It's a shock piston. If you have any other RC's, you might be able to rob a couple out of one of them. Obviously the size needs to be correct, but do two at a time minimum...the hole openings vary, giving more or less dampening. If you only do one, it won't match the other side and can make it drive funky. You can prob. run to the LHS and see what they have also.......take the shock body with you.

lol. I was so scared of that when I built mine. A small piece fell off the table and I freaked out, jumped on the floor and stuck my face to the carpet looking for it.

There should have been extras in the kit. Look at the diagrams of the parts trees in the front of the owners manual. It won't make a difference if it doesn't have the same # of dampening holes in it. It might have a slightly difference rebound rate, no biggy.

where would i find the gray star tree?
i looked on the kit and the only thing gray was the springs.
no pistons?
thx Dirbyif i could find the mailing adress of this company that made this kit i would send it back to them and let them know what they could do with it.
so far i have found that there is short on small set screws to go into the green hubs that hold the wheels on.
four swhort.
one piston.
two threaded set screws to hold the green tubes to the plastic ends.
that is just a start only got as far as putting the shocks together.
no telling what else awaits me.

how do you get in touch with the vendor?
where do you get there e mail adress?
thx Dirby

well i can see now that i will never get this a10 finished.
tell me is there a kit that comes with enough parts to complete it?
not just whst ever parts that person wants you to have weather or not they are enough parts to complete it?
Dirby

email them, here is there email straight from there website.
service@axialracing.com
Tell them your problem they should be able to fix it for ya.
O and if it is just the shocks piston you dont have, you could always just get new shocks. They make a New Aluminum aftermarket ones.

i built mine and had no problems whatsoever i followed the directions and it was togeter before i knew it... only thing i didint like was the lack of extra screws and other stuff for if you drop it... but oh wel i dont have butterfingers and i did it where i KNEW i would find the peice if i dropped it. contact axial see what they say. im sure they will fix whatever you are missing.
