Is this a good setup?

That battery is a little tall at 40mm, would prolly have to remove the upper battery brace to make it fit and i think 30C is too low for a rig like the Yeti. I would recommend 50C, Look at something like this SMC

Also that motor is a bit small and will be slow and overworked, look for something beefier in the 3000-3500KV area to run on 3S

Do you know a reasonably priced motor then?

i haven't used them personally and don't know specifics, but i have seen a lot of people here have used the leopard 4-pole motors. Seem to be very good bang for your buck.

actually looking at that turnigy motor again, it is 43mm diameter, i think that may be to big

I just built a Yeti and used:
Holmes Hobbies Puller Pro 540xl 3500kv brushless motor
Holmes Hobbies BLE waterproof ESC
A-Spec Li-Po Battery 3S, 4.25, 65C

I'm very happy with this set up!

The Toro/SkyRC SPro4 is similar in size look and performance to the Tekin Pro4 HD. (I run both.)
They run $50-65, sensored, can be found at rcjuice.com
Catch them while in stock....

yes, i use skyrc stuff in my drifter and it has been great. They also have a 120amp esc that is sensored, tho not waterproof. can also be found at rcmart
