I have two offices, one at home and one in another building. Today while at home I received a phone call on my cell that just so happened to be a conference call for an important meeting. Just my luck, when I received the call I was on the crapper. Is this wrong that I took the call? I do find myself doing work on my laptop while doing my "business", so not sure what would be so wrong about taking a call. My wife thinks there is something definitely wrong with this. Curious what you think.

I say way to go. Multi tasking "thumbsup" I have made some very big transactions while "on the job". So long as your not on speaker phone who cares.

I made sure the meeting was ended before flushing. I think that was the polite thing to do. What I haven't told my wife, is I too have been on the crapper when receiving some of her calls. Just didn't mention it to her.

I crap at work everyday every dam time i sit down on the thrown the rings theres several different departments sales parts but its always service line 1 and 2 service line 1 and 2 so i am in the little girls room yelling out i am being serviced please hold.

My dad installed a phone (land line) in his crapper.....you can hear the fart fan running when he answers from there!

Totally acceptable! Don't tell your wife about taking her call while in there, what she doesn't know won't hurt her.

That is standard practice here at Harley Designs

You can all remember that if you are calling me right when I get home.....

You're just a regular guy after all...

Only problem I see with taking calls in the crapper is the echo, so it sounds like you're on speaker phone. If you're going to do it, just make sure to start and finish the call in the same place, otherwise they're going to suspect something.
