Its time to get ready for the Joe Nall annual fly inn so I pulled out my 1/3 scale sukhoi su31 from the attick and started my build. Flying has been in my blood since a young age (7). anyways here it goes!

then I ironed all the hinge joints down and slicked up the rest of the covering with the iron.

taped the hinge joint to keep the epoxy from sticking to my covering and to make it easier to clean up.

cant wait to get this monster in the air!!!

I've always wondered, how do you transport something that big around? Do the wings come off to make it easier to take out flying, or do you just have a big ass pick-up and put it in the back?

Well a lot of people have enclosed trailers that they haul there's in but I'm lucky enough to have a 1000' runway in my front yard.....where the video above is filmed... But yes the wings and stabilizer both unbolt from this plane

This plane is actually not that old it actually came out in 08 and was one of hangar 9s best 3d planes they have produced from everything ive researched

heres a pic of it almost done this is my brother standing behind it and he is 6'4" tall so it kinda gives you a feel for size
