Just got my Bully

Just finished doing it and soldered them back in.

One of them turned out a bit better, the other didn't really do much at all.

They are definitely stronger but one is a bit weaker than the other.

Servo gets pretty hot though, just temped it at 77c, lipo at 37c, BEC and ESC at 30c.

Well I got a couple of 3s lipos and it seems to be quite an improvement in all areas.

Need a new servo now though.
Sheared the output shaft clean off and fried it in the process.

Eventually will get a new ESC aswell, I really dont think the RC4wd one is any good.

I'm sick and my patience and reading comprehension are suffering, so forgive me if this was already made clear, but was it the Bluebird servo that burned? If so, then yeh, they do that. Steer clear in future. A friend of mine bought 5 of them. 4 of them burst into flames, the other died quietly with much more dignity. There just isn't any such thing as a cheap servo in my experience.

Yeah, it was the Blue Bird servo that came with it that is stuffed.
First Blue Bird servo I've ever had, probably the last, will pick up something better soon.

I had never seen the output shaft sheared off before though, all what was holding it together was the screw through the horn.
Not sure if the servo fried before or after this happened.
I opened it up to have a look and nothing was obvious and no burnt electrical smell.
