VXL Brushless
Two fans that can removed very easily
STRC Motor mount and motor heat sink.
HR Knuckles all around.
Steel hollow balls on everything
GTR Shocks (Blk/tan springs), Homemade front sway bar upgraded titanium toe links.
Couple different wheel/tire setups. First pictures are 1/12 BBT's on dirt hawg III fronts.

Front Diff 50k fluid, Center diff 100k fluid, Rear diff 30k fluid

Just ordered some ...alum. push rods, front alum. skid (for more up front weight), front and rear delrin rockers with bearings.
Just painted up a J Concepts lid. I did a red to silver to black fade using cotton balls to fad and added splatters of tan, red and silver.
Just mounted up some suburbs on HPI Mesh. Next will be CVD's on all corners and the metal trans shafts.

I didn't think I would like this mini truck that much and almost bought the bigger e-revo. But I am really diggin' the mini.
I do wish they made a stiffer spring than the 2.22 blacks. Still a little too soft in my opinion.

This truck is wicked fast on 2c and just wheelies on 3c at 60% throttle. A whole bunch of extra power. I think 2c lipos are almost too much power. Nice to have the options though!
Quick video. Just running one 7.4 2200mah lipo in this video. I had to order a wheelie bar for the 3s runs.
Only carange so far is a busted rear wing and antenna tube.

Thanks.

Yep, just on 7.4v in that video. There is a motor heatsink under the fans. I took the fans off for now, just one plug. They wont fit without cutting the J Concepts lid. Still runs cool without them, even on 3c. Just ordered two more 3C 1500mah batteries.

Nice we'll get some mini drags going.

Ordered the al push rods and turnbuckles too. Al wheel hexs also.

Where'd you find all the other goodies?

The strc site would be a good place too but thetoyz makes some custom 1/16 e-revo parts.

This ebay store is where i just ordered about $100 in stuff.. They have an online site too. They make the delrin rockers and some pre-made wheel tire combos too and some other custom 1/16 e-revo parts. They have a 1/16 E-revo section.

You'll probably want some stronger springs too. Black for rear. Tan for front. Although I am going to put the blacks up front too. I ordered a front aluminum skidplate to try and put some extra weight up front. Probably not that much more than the plastic one but the front end needs to stay planted. Esp. on 3c lipo.

This ebay seller has good prices on lipos. Just check out all their lipos. I ordered the 1500mah 3c twin pack. Good prices on 2c too.

When the VXL esc is in lipo mode, will it detect 2c and 3c lipos the same? I think it monitors the battery voltage but don't know if it will cutoff 2c the same as 3c. Done some searching with no good luck. Just wondering if I have to change it from 2c to 3c settings everytime I swap batteries. Didn't see instructions to do that so I am guessing the ESC is smart and knows 2c from 3c.
Thoughts?

from traxxas website.

Velineon Brushless Power
All-new and built specifically for Traxxas 1/16 scale models, the
VXL-3m speed control and Velineon® 380 motor represent the latest in brushless technology. Fully LiPo compatible with low-voltage detection for 2S and 3S packs and rated for 6-12 NiMH cells, this potent, powerful combo gives E-Revo VXL precise throttle control and blistering top speed.

JConcepts GooseBumps Fronts all around and 1/12th BBT's all around. Got the wheelie bar installed too.
Also got the Losi Mini-Zombie tires just waiting on the wheels and a whole bunch of other parts that are in the mail.

I have to turn down the throttle EPA to about 50% when on 11.1v. It jumps pretty good at the skate park too.
I will try make someone hold the camera this weekend.

New alumnium pushers, aluminum front skid, delrin rockers, black springs up front now.
Mini-LST Zombies on HPI 3031's. And installed my Nomadio React stuff.
The new antenna is solid fiberglass, just wrap the wire around it. Helps with keeping the truck on all fours when it rolls, yet to install it.

I've been getting home past dark, so no new videos just yet.

Haven't got to test the the mini-zombies just yet, just started gluing them. Other guys are sayin' the traction is crazy. Plust they are really cheap. You can buy them pre-mounted on mini lst/mst wheels for $10 a pair. Just have to buy the hex adapter.
I did run the goosebumps in the grass and my driveway, they really hook up.

I haven't run the truck without the sway bar. I am sure it better than not having it. It's really easy to make. Just a piecs of solid rod, some retainer collars and two links.
