Ever hear some news that makes you go, “That can’t be real,” but then you read further and say, “Wow, that’s actually something that happened”?

Well, Justin Bieber was spotted on the set of the movie “Killing Hasselhoff,” playing the new voice of KITT from “Knight Rider.” That can’t be real. Well, the director actually confirmed it to Yahoo!. Wow, that’s actually something that happened.

According to the IMDb plot description, “Killing Hasselhoff” (which also stars Ken Jeong and Hulk Hogan) is about a guy who tries to rig a celebrity death pool by offing the former “Baywatch” star.

How the hell did Bieber end up in this movie? Since I couldn’t possibly do it better myself, I’ll let Hasselhoff explain.

“He called me and asked me for a favor. I called him back and said, ‘As a friend, could you do me a favor.’ And he said, ‘Yes.’ And you know what? I did his favor first because I love the Bieb. I think he’s a cool kid, and he gets a bad rap. He’s a good guy, and I like his music. I’ve known him for five years, since the European Music Awards. I called him and said, ‘Would you do me a favor?’ And he said, ‘Yes.’”

And if that wasn’t clear enough, I can explain. You see, Hasselhoff asked Bieber for a favor, and the pop star said, “Yes.”

Justin Bieber's résumé is officially expanding. The 20-year-old crooner has been spotted spending a bunch of time with David Hasselhoff lately and "The Insider With Yahoo" has exclusively uncovered what they're up to: Bieber will be the voice of KITT from "Knight Rider" in the comedy with working titles "Killing Hasselhoff" and "Celebrity Death Pool." The pair was spotted shooting scenes for the film on Tuesday in Venice, California, in the legendary Pontiac Firebird Trans AM from The Hoff's '80s TV series. Comedian Jim Jefferies, who also appears in the film, broke the news to "The Insider With Yahoo" while on set Tuesday. "Justin Bieber is the voice of KITT in this movie — you can't say that every day." Hasselhoff shared just how he got the pop superstar to be in the movie, explaining, "He called me and asked me for a favor and I called him back and said, 'Can you do me a favor?' and he said, 'Yes,' I did his favor first because I love the Bieb. I think he's a cool kid and he gets a bad rap. He's a good guy and I like his music, I've known him for five years."
