all of that cut and hack on the body would scare the crap outta me, quite the surgeon you are.
I love a bit of dremel action!!!
Thanks for the comment.

I started by taking it half to bits again.
I added in all the extra leaf springs, and removed the springs from inside the shocks.
I also swapped in a stronger servo.
Rolling Chassis again.
This is where the battery will be going.
So I built this nice battery box.
And installed.
Testing fit of a battery and I kinda like this spot for a spare wheel.
And the dog is ahh, located safely in/to the back seat.
I had originally thought I might build a metal rear bar, but had this bright idea to try the stock bumper.
And what do you know, with a small bit of finessing it works just like it was meant to be there!!!!
I then went ahead and bolted on the larger body parts and took the heavy chevy out for a shakedown run.
Now this was the first time I have used these tyres out on the trails.
I was totally impressed with them. They performed brilliantly on rock, and even more impressive was how well they handles loose gravel, dust and dirt. I guess having six of them helps, but these are great.
Now this is why dually tyres help LOL.
Cheers
