looking for ultra scale wheels

I want some scale wheels that have alot of bead bolts like 1:1 wheels, i haven't been able to find any, anyone know of any?

Or, why not just make them yourself at school? You have access to the machines, and need to learn how to use them for your class, so this would be another learning experience.

The tough thing with beadlocks with that many screws is when you have to change out tires or foams or whatever.

It's probably easiest to get a nice wheel that uses only 6 screws, and get rock rings like these:

So, if you ever have to take the tires off, it's only the same 6 screws that you would normally have to do.


MTHead can do 2.2's, or any custom work, check out the vendor thread here:

I've already got 4 wheels and 2 cvds to mill out, along with all the other stuff i gotta get machined for the class. That and i'm actually looking for a friend

Well, I'd say those rings are the best bet. Figure out what wheel design he likes, then get MTHead to make up some rock rings (even if they are just simple rings with extra holes)


Also, this thread should probably moved to the tires and wheels section.
