No Lipo with Stock ESC
Unfortunately not. The stock esc can't be programed for use with lipo. You can get a generic lipo cut-off from Novak. I went this route and regretted getting the lipo cut-off, as it is not needed when using the fxr. Spend a little more and get the tekin fxr. The stock esc took a crap on me as soon as I upgraded the motor to a Holmes Torque master mini. Get a tekin fxr esc, you won't regret it. It has a lipo cutoff as well as a built in BEC good for up to 2 cell lipo. Also can be programed via the tekin hotwire (sold seperately) through a usb port on your computer. This allows you infinite adjustability options for reverse type/strength, as well as a bad ass drag brake that is adjustable to your needs. I can't say enough good things about the tekin fxr. I have one on my Losi mrc as well as my Axial."thumbsup"
