Sounds like a dumb question, but how do you register an overseas address. My family has vacation property in Canada, wonder if I could register that address?

My credit card billing address is outside the USA.

I do have a few friends in the US that I am able to send my orders to and they forward them to me. I've never had a problem with any discounts or coupon codes getting rejected because of that.
