Mamba X connector type...?

I'm wanting to get rid of the JST ZH 1.5 inline connector, build my own short cable and go from the female that plugs into the motor straight into this micro Dupont-ish connector on the Mamba.

I'm sure this must have been done before, but I don't even know what to search for.

holmes hobbies sells a sensor wire that goes from castle style directly to normal motor sensor port on their website. I think thats what youre asking for

Awesome, thanks for that. So it can be done!

The shortest they've got listed is a 5.5".

I want like a 3". I've also had those connectors get corroded, and it'd be nice to be able to crimp on a new end and plug it into the connector.

I know the motor end is a female JST ZH 1.5mm, I guess I could buy the Holmes cable and shorten the motor end... but I'd rather have the other connectors on hand as well.
