Well, I'm gonna try anyway ;-)

Let me tell you guys a little story, a TRUE story...
A few months ago I attended a local annual 4x4 event (Calico Cleanup)
with my So Cal and RCP Crawlers bros... I took my newly built, bone stock Tamiya Hilift/Hilux, to play with. As I started playing with my stock rig, shifting gears an all, I noticed my rear drive shaft hangin' and a danglin' so I went over to check it out! I lost the stupid elip off the yoke, well luckly I had friends hanging around, Brian, Greg, Nathan, Aaron, Jerry, Erik and oh yeah
Marlin Czajkowski, MR. MARLIN CRAWLER HIMSELF....
Marlin was one of the vendors at Calico Cleanup staging area, displaying his fine products right across from RCP Crawlers. When I broke, all my friends including Mr. Marlin and his wife proceeded to help us look for the yoke, yoke pin and e-clip (yeah right) that fell off my truck. After about 3 minutes I felt bad, 7 people including myself were combing the parking lot for some stupid little parts... well I called it off, told everybody not to worry about it, Its cool... Well, everybody EXEPT Marlin gave up... man I REALLY felt bad at this point, MR. Marlin would not give up!
After about 9 minutes, Marlin came to me and said "is that what your looking for.." as he held his hand out, there they were, my yoke and yoke pin!!!!! Mr Marlin found my parts!!!! All I needed was a 2X10mm screw and nut and I was back on the trail!!!
THANK YOU MARLIN, YOU ARE THE MAN...
It was an honor to have such a legend find my broken parts...
OK, that was a long story but this is why I dedicated my Hilux to MR MARLIN and His Famous red rig.
Heres what I have so far... more work to be done but I am going to
try my best to replicated one of the most CAPIBLE 1:1 YOTA IN THE WORLD...

that looks sa wheat! , you should bring it to one of our gtg's i would love to see that thing"thumbsup"

Thanks guys, just made front/rear windows, I will post up pics tomorrow, trying to get as much done for RCX! The tranny is an Axial, clocked motor plate up and made mounts out of scrap parts, came out clean, I know it may seem a little low but i didnt want to compromise drive shaft angle.
I will post up some close up shots of the tranny and how i mounted, came out clean...

I've wheeled with Marlin many times and even sat in front of a campfire with him and Chris Geiger (when he worked for Marlin) talking about trucks until 2am one night on the Rubicon. Seriously amazing, genuine guy who has a passion for Toyotas! I can't count the number of times he's repaired broken rigs on the trail that I've seen! Won't find that kind of service from any other Toyota specialist!

Oh yeah, I dig your little truck too :)

I'll admit that before I discovered rc rock crawling I couldn't give two hoot's about a Toyota...........Now I think they are the coolest thing
since sliced bread. It doesn't matter if it's 1:1 or rc. I really like them.

Oh yeah.......Nice truck and awsome story.
