has anyone had any experience with them? they look like they have a sweet tread pattern and I wonder of their durability and toughness on the rock without having seen them up close..? wonder if they could be expanded to a super tire?

They'd be killer on a KOH type rig, but for legit crawling I think performance would suffer.

They are short course tires. 3.0x2.2.

They'd work on a crawler but you wouldn't get that sidewall flex on the inside of the tire. Being a much lower profile inside also makes it look kinda funky on a scale truck.
So there overall height is smaller but on the same rim size (2.2)?
They'd be going on a Venom Creeper
cut and shut a new sidewall on the inner, easy peasy.
So buy them, cut the sidewall out of them and 2 other tyre's (4 sidewalls) and melt them back together some how? :shock:
With rubberized CA glue. Or you can run the short course rims. Nobody is forcing you to buy them.
As I said mate I'm new too these. I have these in a 40inch Comp Spec on my truck and it would be cool too have them on my rc thats all.
Do short course rim's fit on RCCrawler Hex Hub's?

I've mounted my Blitz wheels with Trepador's on my Honcho in the past for shits and giggles just to see what they'd look like....
If you want a set and need somebody to make them, hit up Nova's Ark on here. I actually talked to him in the past about making a set, but never had them made..

I missed that "new" part 
Back in the day we had to cut and glue pretty much all of our tires for crawling. I spent hours cutting and siping my old clod tires since nothing else was available.
