mip driveshaft size chart

I don't know if you guys have saw this or not , but I came across it today . I was trying come up with what shafts I needed for a custom build . I could have saved several hours of reading if I would have found this first.

What's the part number for the 3rd one (male, 3.375")? Cant find it on MIP website.

Or is it only available through super shafty as there 'exclusive' shaft?
 
I thought this would be helpful as well. MIP is another quality customer service oriented company IMO. I worked with them to find the parts to make custom shafts for my F-350 project.
