MMP and Tekin pro 4 3000kv

Well I just pulled the trigger on a MMP and Tekin setup, and I ve got a few questions??

1. How will this stack up to the stock RTR esc/combo? faster? I know it will be smoother and produce less heat, but how big of an improvement is it? I ve got the SSD 2 speed already and I want to get some speed in high gear.

2.the Specs for the Tekin hd 4 3000 it only lists that it will run 3s. what happens if I hook up 4s to it?? will it go KABOOM!!! I thought I read on here someone might be running this moter on 4s???

3. Thinking about running a BEC, but how does the MMP BEC work? any good? I believe it is adjustable with a castle link (which I already have). so will I need a BEC?

I run this setup.
It is plenty fast on 3S, and is actually competitive on 2S with stock gearing.
Runs fairly cool on stock gearing as well.
IMO, fast better and smoother than the rtr system and doesn't heat up so much.

I know a guy who runs 4s on his 3500Kv P4HD, just have to gear down and avoid lots of full throttle passes.
