I've had this ax-10 since new (09~). Been 100% stock including electronics until recently.
So far I have:
Stretched wheelbase to 13.5"
Custom 4-link with traxxas rod ends - 1/4" aluminum tube.
Custom battery/servo tray on front axle
Custom rear upper link mount/shock mounts
Flipped transmission
Shaved bottom of diffs
Sticky weights inside wheels
RC4WD TTC Claws
Stock scorpion wheels
stock scorpion frame plates
stock transmission
stock 55t axial motor
stock axial receiver/ESC
stock axial drive shafts/axles/knuckles etc
Needs a little more weight down low (knuckle weights perhaps) otherwise is performing very well compared to how it was stock a few weeks ago. Will build new steering linkage, just have not got around to it yet.
