great, before I saw all this i agreed to a trade with this guy and guess what??????
he couldnt ship the day i did because his grandmother got in an accident, then he was gonna ship first thing the next morning but he had to have breakfast first, then his dad was in the garage and finally he says he shipped the trade, but i cant get the usps tracking number he gave me to work.
So I guess Im out a wraith

ouch. Is there anything this guy can do? Can he contact the buisness he shipped (usps/ups) with and have it returned before it gets to its destination?
I really hope this isn't true for his "ajcloud's" part, samurai just posted up trading a wraith in the forum. Someone get this guy off of the forums!!!!!

Save a copy of all the PM's and contact the authorities. You guys entered into a contract to trade stuff, if you dont receive anything then that is a violation of that contract.
Not to mention the fraud on his part knowing that he was not going to go through with his end of the deal!

You need to head over there and have a talk with his mom an dad, PM the guy that sent the wraith get the address and head over there, take this evidence with you and have it returned to the proper owner.

IMHO, this kid will continue doing this sort of thing untill a criminal complaint is filed against him, a face to face with his parents might not yield any lasting solution to his scamming. I believe a criminal charge of mail fraud is in order, getting in touch with the police should be the first action taken.
