They stopped this guy in front of Kenny's shop! :lol:
I went to Logan's with the kids, swung by Kenny's and he told me about it.
Checked the car out, it was obvious he'd hit some people.
While I was looking at the car there was a woman taking cell phone pictures.
I asked if it was her car, she told me it wasn't hers - it was her son's girlfriend's mom's car. (get all that? :lol
When I asked what happened she said that there were some kids trying to beat up her son and gf.
Her other son was there and told me that his brother and brother's gf were trying to leave the mall when this group started beating on the car and that the damage to the car was from them beating on it. His story didn't explain how five people were ran over.
The guy that followed the car on a motorcycle while on the phone with the cops saw it all unfold. Said there was an argument outside, there were people around the car, the car drove off, turned around, then drove through the crowd of people. Dude said the car was doing 30-35MPH when he hit them.
Will be interesting to see if they release video footage of the incident.
This mall is the only one left in Augusta. The other mall we had was shut down because the crap that was happening there. People just wouldn't shop there.
Augusta Mall has been getting progressively worse over the years. There was a guy at Sears to get holiday pictures with his family, went to the bathroom and didn't return. He was jumped and beaten by three guys in the bathroom - IN SEARS.
Kenny and I made a trip to Radio Shack for red LEDs and ended up in the middle of about 20 of'm ready to fight. When we realized what was going on we just stopped and waited for it to unfold. :lol: Damn Kenny even broke out the cell to shoot video. :lol: "thumbsup"
It's only going to get worse once school lets out. :roll:
