MOV to MPEG converter?

Hello I desperately need for a format converter. I have a stupid camera that only works with MOV format... and my video editor only works with MPEG format. I have been trying to find a good converter but everything I download its just krapp.. So any help? Thanx

Seems to work well. However, the trial version will only do web video quality, which is all I use it for anyway.
