I know that my wheels are not scale to the rig, this is something I am working on.

they look fine to me. I knew someone in high school who had a yota like that, except blue, just as tall though. Picture this, i believe it was a late 80s, straight axle conversion up front, on 40s, with the stock 4 cylinder. Can you say gutless. Oh and it was a pavement pounder.

There have been discussions that my body is too small for a class 1 and I just want to compare what I have to other class 1 rigs. I am very happy with the rig. It has limitations but it is suppose to be a street rig you sometimes drive off road. "thumbsup"

Thanks to Warpig for answering my questions. I still want to make the front and rear fender openings the same size."thumbsup"

Thanks. I drilled a small pilot hole in each area that needed to be opened. Then took my dremel with a cutting tool (side cutting, looks like a drill bit) and very carefully opened them up, little by little.
I practiced on an extra grill I had, below:

It was pretty hard at first to keep the edges of the openings smooth and straight. You can see how bad these first attempts were.

I did the same for the headlight and turn signal, making light buckets from styrene:

I made lenses from clear acrylic:

The reason I opened the grill was to show off a radiator:

You can see I left the two upper corner grill openings partly closed. That's because the grill mounts (to underside of hood) are there. I was pretty happy with how it came out.
