My Tuber build, Hydraulic Steering, Custom Hubs, Front Dig with Disk Brake, lots of p

Man, this guy is a slacker. I cant believe that he is taking credit for all of this stuff. He stole all my ideas and lifted some of these parts just so he would be popular on here. He knows he is in so much trouble, he moved overseas to avoid prosecution.........:ror:

:flipoff::lol::lol: your killing me bro!!! Hows things back home??

Just some pictures I found on a memory card of my rig taken just after the 08 Scale Nats in Montana.

I've been reading this post since I joined. This rig is by far the most thought out of any I have seen. Which is still probably an insult.

I'm sorry for bringing up an old thread. But I must say WOW amazing skills and an excellent job. I'm also glad that I got to read this in one sitting and not have to wait for all the updates.

So anytime any of you think that you have real scale builds. this guy had them and we are just wanna be's

Wonder where this guy is now and if the truck still exists.

Just want to say thank you! To all of you that have taken the time to read and look through this build. Thanks for all the great comments!! just to answer a few questions from the last few posts....

I have been living in Germany stationed at Ramstein Air Base since June of 2008 and yes the truck does still exist....looking at it right now actualy, It has seen a bit of German Rock but mostly these days because there isnt much Rock around where I live it just gets ran around my house pretty hard and still to date has only broken one axle which is what I was going for when I made all the parts and modifications to beef up the TLT axles. So in short....Im happy with my work! Especialy since this Rig weighs in at 17 1/2 pounds!
Anyway thanks again!
Take care all!!!
Shawn

does it really weigh 17 1/2 pounds?
and i thought mine weight alot at 9 1/2 pounds.

still a sweet truck.....cheers

The axles are my least favorite part of the build (the extensions) but damned if this thread isn't absolutely awe inspiring with creativity and detail. I forgot about this thread and just went through it again. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!"thumbsup""thumbsup""thumbsup"

Oh, and as a Military spouse with a wife serving overseas right now...Thank you for your service. Hopefully your time overseas is an adventure...I've lived in Lux. and have traveled extensively throughout Europe. Going to Italy in two days for Christmas. Going through the build made my night. Awesome.

I just finished reading, watching, learning taking notes all the pages from pg1 to this pg25. it took me 7hrs of office time to read them all.

All I can say Shawn, YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

and hope to see more of your creation. RESPECT! "thumbsup""thumbsup""thumbsup"

Your over at Ramstein? I'm right down the street in K-town. I would love to see this truck in person. Maybe I can show you some of the trails I use, I don't have a hardcore rig like yours but it still could be a bit fun.
