A friend of mine just picked up an OFNA LD3 with (what im gathering from my research on the car itself) a .12 engine (btw...is it a PIcco engine?). He has practically everything, but a pull start. The guy he got it from used a bump box, but took the everything off the gear to use the bump box. So, im trying to find a parts list or something that can tell me what i need to put a pull start on his car. Im trying to make it less complicated for him since he has never owned an RC car in his life and i havent messed around with OFNA cars, so im a little loss too myself. Figured i could come on here and get a little....guidance. lol Thanks a lot!

Ofna has the car listed with a Force .12. OFNA Racing - LD3 RTR
That would be easy to get the pull start for. My Ofna CRT.5 came with a Pico .12 that required a starter box. If it is a Pico it will say so on the engine and probably the head too.

Sweet, thank for the advice. One more thing, do I need to get a pull start from the force .12 or will a pull start work from another of a engine? I know ill need a one way bearing but will I need to buy like a special backing plate to mount the pull start? Looks like the engine already has a backing plate for a bump box.
