Needing creativity

I have this barrel from a mini flashlight my f-i-l put in my 1:1 Jeep and would love to use it as a scale accessory. It has the Texas Sheriff's Association logo on it, he's the sheriff in our county.
I'm can't, for the life of me, see what it could be used as. I want to leave the logo visible.
Any help out there?

How about a fire extinguisher? Just add a little styrene to make the nozzle. You can leave the Sheriff's Dept logo on it

Its 3.6 cm long and 1.1 diameter. The fire extinguisher might be just the thing. Thanks!
