put a zip tie through the washers and zip 'em around your rim, then use the hardware from the bumper somewhere else:lol:

Stronger stub axles, better bearings, clockable axle tubes, straight axle kits, cvd's, and better steering would all get my vote!"thumbsup"

Hi everyone, if you have any comments about the crawler please let us know.

new to the berg scene. just got a used berg roller. and would like to take it(the axles) apart and re-build them, do you have a manual for building these axles. the sticky at the top just shows the kit build not the axles. any help would be cool. I don't trust my short term memory. LOL thanks RCHuffer

MIP style CVDs would be awesome, better bearings, and clocked tubes would also help. just redrill the end of the tubes to clock the motor up about 15-20 degrees.

the only problem ive had is breaking the stock stub shafts and bearing failure. CVDs and better bearings would cure both of those. great job on the most beefy 2.2 axles on the market.

yeah, clocked axle tubes.....whatever the part #s are for the repalacement long axle tube and short axle tubes; make 'em with mupltiple M3 holes:?:

Stronger pins on the inner axles would be cool.

Or make a CVD that will hold up to more than what the stock axles can handle. I've blown the pins off of 4 inners in the past few battery charges. Plastic hexes may be goin on my comp rig for the weak link:shock:
