I'm going to pick it up even if it's just another SCX10.2. Really happy that it's a kit!
Honestly, it's the second best looking SCX10 II ever IMO. The Blazer is first.
That's what I thought. Love them 'mogs. Even if it doesn't look exactly like a mog - it registers in my pea-brain as such.

The XJ body is actually not that bad. I like it a lot. I think it's just been out since the beginning so lots of people got used to it and it got saturated in everyone's minds. Especially when a lot of people probably own the SCX10 II. The fact that both the RTR and Kit used the same body didn't help.
The Blazer and UMG10 are definitely better though, with the inclusion of an interior among one of the reasons.
I've been meaning to pick up the Axial Blazer body and the hard top for it, but just haven't gotten around to it yet.
I think the fact that we're blessed right now with so many well done bodies to choose from makes us lucky. There are so many bodies that I want to pick up, but not enough chassis to sit them on.
I also plan to probaby eventually pick up the Traxxas Blazer body and scale parts + wheels. At least with that one, I could probably just easily swap back and forth with the Bronco body depending on if I feel like it's a Chevy or Ford day.

The Cherokee body is a pretty good looking body, but mine was paper thin and having to cut out the entire front except for the sliver at the bottom for the grille opening is just asinine. It drove me nuts! The fact that the door handles are only affixed at one point and are free to spin also drives me nuts.
