I hope Alan doesn't try to jump the gates...
lol I was going over a few things with Dave
That's your biggest screw up
Looking at the axle, this should be possible. It would end up being an "outside of hex to outside of hex" +/- 10.5" axle.Would one beable to put two long side tubes and shafts on one gear case for wider track with for a Super Class Rig?

The mounting surface of the tube would also have to be ground/grooved some to match up with the diff, and the existing groove filled in however.
The two short side configuration isn't going to work. The motor would be in the way of everything.;-)If what you stated above can be done, I am wondering what the width would be with 2 short sides?;-)

Have you played with drilling the case yet? My spare case should be delivered by this weekend, so I was wondering how it went................if it went.;-)yes, for now. I am going to drill the gearboxes so the tubes can be clocked. Until then, it will be caster monkey!
