And you guys are welcome to help. Rescued these two pups from a couple living in a car! No AC either! Poor guys are in the right place now. Gotten a checkup and wormed and bathed. Fresh food, new collars, new kennel for potty training, and a good chew bone apiece. They said they are blue pits. But look mixed to me. Feel free to add any input of what breeds they look like. Who knows maybe they are fairly pure. Supposed to be 3 months old. I'd say they are. Anyways they came with names but silly ones plus they're too young to recognize them yet anyway. The male has the white stripe on the face. Others a female :).

How about Hey, and Dammit? Makes it easy to yell at em.

They do look mixed to me. Im assuming the bigger tan one was yours already? If so how are they getting along?

Judging by the ears and facial stucture I would say some kind of hound mix. Sometimes its harder to tell when theyre young. Time should tell more.

And Im terrible with names so Ill leave that to you. The last two dogs Ive had it took over a month for me to settle on something I liked.

last two dogs I got at the same time were named Poncho & Cisco... but I'm Mexican.
Folks might get upset if you are running around the hood screaming Hey Pooooonch, hey Ciiiiisco.

I've been doing volunteer dog walking w/ a rescue group for the past 9 months, most of the dogs we get are pits/pit mixes. We had one BIG fella who was marked just like your male pup, his name was Gulliver. Maybe that could be a name to consider?

Both of your pups are beautiful. Congrats to you for rescuing them, "thumbsup". Do you plan on keeping them or just foster them until someone wants to give them a forever home?

I know someone that used to have a chihuahua named beaner. :ror:

They aren't Mexican.

The plan for now is I'm keeping them. Gulliver is a pretty good name. Considering it. And the third dog is Bludo. Got him from a rescue when he turned 8 weeks. He's over 1.5yrs old now. I've had the best luck with his temperament and learning. He's been great with them.

They are definitely mixed, their heads look to narrow to be purebred. Both beautiful looking pups, Im not to good with names my two pups are named Remington and Ruger.

This is Ruger, His father was a American staffordshire terrier/boxer mix and his mother was Boxer/lab mix.

And this Block head is Remington sporting his fancy wrap from stabbing a stick through his foot.
