alright, i have a little experiance in rc cars. i have built many electric trucks, losi, kyosho and simular. all 10th scale. also i got into 8th scale gas, i had an ofna pirate, and an inferno mp6. so that should tell you i've been out of the loop for a while!!!

ok here's my question, and i know i'm gonna get tons of different answers.

i want to start rock crawling and i don't know which chassis to get. it looks to me like the scorpion has a huge following, but i'm really liking the hustler and the stick.

if i were to get one of those 2 what all do i need to think about as far as gear? i realize that i'm gonna need a tranny... which do i need? also axles, what kind do these run? and last what type of crawler are these?

please forgive me if this post is kinda incomplete. just bare with me as i am learning all over again!

Some time reading what people have built and what parts they are using, if you have the moeny up front look at the builds and decide what chassie you like then get the axles tranny tires ect. ect. Just be ready it's get expensive, building from the ground up. Figure at leat $400.

You can always get a star for $20 and get one of the ones that are in the for sale section. We have some very good vendors here as well who stand behind what they sell as well.

+1 that $20 for a star will save you hundreds.
