Anyone thought of or tried using a cordless screwdriver as a winch? I drilled a hole through the shaft of an old one, threaded some twine through it, and it would pull the crawler up a fairly steep angle without help. I think this will become my next project after I complete my tummy tuck.

honestly I'm not sure how to mount or control it...I'd like to get one of those cheap rc cars that only goes forwards and backwards, and have that somehow controlling a swich from the 12 volt battery controlling the winch.
I cut out the part of the screwdriver that holds the batteries and that dropped the size considerably so it should work.
