Newb rds8000 mixing and set up help

Ok guys I need help with setting up my rds8000. There is a lot of stuff on here about them. All the posts I find have expired links though. This is my first super build and the rds did not come with the crawler edition pamphlet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hope it all helps, maybe post up results for the next guy. That way they don't have to find dead links, it will be posted here (sorta like the one link showed what needed to be programmed.)

Installed Components

•2 NOVAK 55T motors
•1 NOVAK rooster crawler ESC
•2 Airtronics metal gear digital High T Servos
•4600 mAh Epic NIMH battery pack

Receiver/Servo Channel Setup
•Front Steering ..........Channel 2
•Rear Steering............Channel 4
•Front Motor & Rear motor connected in parallel to ESC and ESC Channel 1

Transmitter Dual Rate, EPA, and Reverse Settings
•Elevator is set to 'REV'
•Elevator Dual Rate is set to '100%'
•Elevator EPA is set to '100%'
•Aileron is set to 'NOR'
•Aileron Dual Rate is set to '150%'
•Throttle is set to 'NOR'
•Throttle EPA is set to '100%'
•Throttle EXP is set to '25%'
•Rudder is set to 'REV'
•Rudder EPA is set to '150%'

Transmitter Miscellaneous Settings
•Under the ETC menu, make sure that the BASIC menu is Turned 'OFF'
•For C-MIX, set MAS to 'EL' and TH to 'SLV'
•E->T C-MIX is set to '100%', forward and reverse
•For the second C-MIX, set MAS to 'AI' and set RU to 'SLV'
•A->R C-MIX is set to '90%', left and right

Result
•4WD (four wheel drive)
•4WS (four wheel steering)
•Front Wheel alignment configurable electronically from remote
•Rear Wheel alignment configurable electronically from remote
•Independent Streering Control for Front & Rear on separate sticks on radio
•Throttle stick = Left stick (forward - backward)
•Front Steer = left stick (sideways)
•Rear Steer = right stick (sideways)
•Aux 1 switch for Channel Mixing (4WS on single stick i.e. Right Stick)
•D/R switch for Dual Rate & Exponential feature (switch on/ff Exp Throttle)
•4WS with Channel Reverse on Right Stick (if steer left, front wheels steer left and rear steer right to decrease cutting radius)
•Throttle is Exponential (25% = Ultra precise around neutral area and acellerates quickly in later 50% of stick movement, i.e. helps crawl & descend better with 90% drag brakes setup via ESC)

You need to reverse the polarity of one of the motors otherwise your both axles will contradict each other's movement

NOTE: As I keep experimenting with additional settings in RDS8000 and Rooster Crawler ESC I'll keep updating above list for you guys
