What happens if I charge nimh on a nicd only charger? I have a piranha nicd only charger and want to get some 2/3a batteries. Will it work or will it kill the batteries?"thumbsup"

I don't know the specs of the Piranha charger, but I just found this interesting information. It really depends on the charger.

i wouldnt risk it just buy a nimh charger the cheapies arent that expensive! i use a dynamite mega2 only $30 that does nimh and nicd and charges a 1500mAh in 15min, 4200mah in an hour, but a 2/3 pack would take 15 hours since the batt cant handle fast charge and i learned the hard way
make sure it has trickle charge though
