Got my new C Hubs :)

I'd rather bash Roselle than Busse... unless you guys finally want to make the trip down Oakton and come to Evanston! The big hill is fun, I haven't been out there since July but it was in great condition then.
Plus, you can bring your go fast trucks. It's perfect for MT's. I could have my foff back together by then...

Neil, I liked the G6... a few of us just had a really bad day.

First my esc shorted, then I got it to work but lost my winch and then I lost my drive shaft 4 times
Jason broke down as soon as the Hilux's tires hit the dirt and Chris had to replace his rx... I blame the aliens that crash landed in the Roselle woods.

The 4 of you that showed up did fine, it was a tough day in the rain and the mud and some truck issues, but only have 4 show where we should have been packed, all the vendor prizes and all the time and effort and I heard continuous bitching about the rules. Just makes it difficult to work up any energy to run another event.

How many would be will to do a spec class for the Wraith?

Depends on what a spec class is. I would not be willing to return mine to stock. I would be willing to come off of 4S and run 3S but if someone is running a 20T on 3S, it would be tough to be competitive. SO we would need to define "Spec" class because I don't think we can use 1/10th scale Boggy/Truggy/SC as an example.

Up grades are fair.

I think if we did a rock race type course would be really fun. I was thinking I could set up a really cool course in my back yard so we there would be Rock course and long desert straight a ways. maybe two or three loops.

I would just have to make sure it's Lucy free " Boxer poop" :ror:

problem with spec wraith class is there is not to many wraith's in our club

Come on boy's talk to me about this wraith spec. I do think it could be really fun.

Well considering I don't have a Wraith and am not really in the market for one, I'm not that interested. :)

Ya I do think that will become the problem. Not enough Wraith's.

I want to do a KOH race !!!!!

Understandable. But put up a date and lets see what you get for response; rules worked last time so that should be ok. I wouldn't worry about prizes, I don't really need them so they don't really matter to me.

X2... for the moment.
I do want to get 1 or 2 sets of Wraith axles but not for a while yet... next spring I may be ready... I"m very patient. It took me almost 2 years of daily searching to find my WRX

Ya maybe will just do run what ya brung. Honcho , wriath,....... Just has to have 1.9 or 2.2 no max size tires

if anybody cares to take a little drive one of these weekends, cliffs offroad park down by starved rock would be a KILLER spot... you would only need a basic stock 4x4 to get far enough back in the park to the good stuff. and if we wanted to go further back to the GOOD stuff maybe i could shuttle... ;-)

speaking of, i may not be able to do anything this weekend...

http://www.thecliffsinsaneterrain.com/pt/Zuki-Fest-9.3.2011/events.htm?a=&

this event sneaks up on me every damn year, too many darn hobbies and forums to keep track of... i got some basic prep to try and get done to my zuk that will determine if i go or not, and if i dont get the ambition to tackle tomorrow i wont go.

if i do go i'll take pics.

I am game to try it. Be a great place for us to stretch our "Wraith" legs.

I am thinking of Rock Cut, Chain of Lakes or maybe Lake Geneva this weekend

So what's the deal?
Roselle, Busse, Evanston... or is Neil going to drive us all to Colorado?
