NMRCC 2010 Comp#2 Rio Puerco

What area of the Rio Puerco is the Comp going to be? I live in Rio Rancho so I'll be going in through there.

Check in at the Comp Site is at 9:00am?

just general info, like if there was a web site for nmrcc? all i got from google was north mississippi. and i 'd be down for an early meet up too. haven't gone in from that end ever.

I'm thinking we should meet up somewhere for this one. There could be a few people not familiar with where we are headed. I have been out there before but drove in from the Rio Rancho end. No way my truck is getting in that way! i'm not familiar with the route in from Rio Puerco. Let's figure out a spot to meet. Could just be at the highway exit.

I just noticed the date. Does that mean nobody is planning on heading up North for the Sandstone Challenge on the 27th?

what do you think ram do you wanna head up on the 27 early and come back that nite?

I was out there last week and it was a snowy muddy mess. Took me $10 just to clean the outside of the Jeep. Some people from NMVJC is going out this week so I will keep you posted.

I am not all that familiar with the spot, but looking at photos, Moon rock looks like a great place to comp. What do you guys think?

If it still looks like Poo out there, The back up comp location will be The Rock House. Let me know what it looks like when you make it out there!

There's too many great places to have a comp out there, that's the problem. Moon Rock will be a good place to start though. I've crawled the RC there once before and there's plenty of room to set up three courses.

Thanks got it done but havent taken any good pics. Might do and exo on the cab this weekend. Another question off topic but any one in town do styrene work. I want a cab back built and the hood filled in.

ditto. not the santa fe part, but i think a meet up would be helpful. unless it's uber simple to find the comp area.
